AYM - Adirondack Youth Mezzo

In addition to the full orchestra, the Adirondack Youth Orchestra Association also supports the Adirondack Youth Mezzo (AYM) for intermediate-level string players.

The Adirondack Youth Mezzo (AYM) provides less experienced players with the opportunity to:

• Learn orchestral skills
• Develop confidence
• Refine performance etiquette

Once players reach a certain level of proficiency, they are asked to participate in the Adirondack Youth Orchestra (AYO).

This website is made possible with public funds from
the Decentralization Program of the New York State Council on the Arts (NYSCA),
and is administered locally by the North Country Cultural Center for the Arts (NCCCA).
